Shipping 

Orders will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 7-10 days, unless specified otherwise.  Please call (800) 888-4741 or send IPG a message to track your order, and for express and international shipping rates.

Returns

Returns must be shipped prepaid to:

Returns sent via UPS/FedEx that do not contain the requisite paperwork will be refused.

Payment 

IPG will charge a 3% fee for credit card payments of $1000 or more. This fee will be added to the payment amount, which will be reflected as one consolidated charge to the card account.
